"This place and the GM Peter Carolyn deserve a zero rating. They received my shipment on 09/19 and had a delivery date of 09/20, that changed to 09/21, then 09/25, then check this 09/29 or 09/30/2023. We were promised by our supplier that the shipment would be delivered prior to our Go Live date of 09/29/2023. After the date changed a few times I called Expeditors, first thing in the morning 09/27, and spoke to the GM Peter Carolyn who said he would look into it and call me back. I called again on 09/28, in the evening this time, and the lady that answered seemed hesitant to transfer my call, she placed me on hold and asked to take a message; I explained why I called and that I had not heard backn in two days and that I needed to get my shipment out and delivered no later than 10/02/2023 because I'd have human resources on the ground to setup the equipment. Well, it's 10/03/2023 and there has been no follow up or change in the status of the delivery. This morning I called again and for the first time I got some information which was; they received my shipment on 09/19, it's marked for white glove delivery and that I could be copied on an email to the team for a status update. I told the lady I knew the status as it had not been delivered. The first time I called I offered to have someone come pick up the items in a company van; warranty be damned, but I've yet to get a followup anything. Meanwhile my team is departing for the airport and I have a customer who is negatively impacted by my failure to deliver and configure a key apparatus for their business. Some white glove experience. My recommendation is to avoid this branch or any company that partners with this branch at all costs; because there will be a cost to pay above and beyond the freight cost!"
