"I have done business with Choptank in the past but this situation went through my nerves badly!! Very Very Poor communication and lack of profesionalism. Was hauling a load for them, asked the broker to send my driver a tracking link to avoid fees, broker sent it - driver accepted, broker says good to go (this brokerage doesn’t even send rate cons with addresses before talking to the driver and accepting the tracking link btw). Job was done on time, after PODS were sent we got a $100 non compliance (tracking) fee. Either though broker told us GTG everything is set - they dare to disrespect carrier and send a tracking fee right away. That’s miserable!! Broker doesn’t even feel guilty nor thanked us for doing a great job! If compliance Team or any HR person from this office want to talk with me about this situation don’t hesitate to call.
