"The drivers are ALWAYS extremely late and the last several have been extremely rude and beyond willfully incompetent!"
"Worst experience possible. They were scheduled to deliver a refrigerator to my home between 2 and 6 pm. At 11:15 in the morning they said they were coming in 15 minutes, when no one was home. They rescheduled delivery a week later and then abruptly canceled an hour before, claiming that I found a defect with the product. I never saw the product, much less refused delivery. Seriously, I have no idea why anyone in their right mind would use this company."
