"Asked if they had personal pizzas. Register guy pointed to the menu in my hand, & sarcastically said, "Um no!" As if saying," you have a menu don't you!" That should've been my 1st & only red flag to leave!!! Ordered for eat in. Was told by register guy(which was rude, rushed, & sarcastic), that it would be 45min wait. We decided to wait. About 20 mins went by & I decided to ask how much longer. Just to see if they even started the order; plain cheese pie & a salad. Cook guy was rude in answering, "I'm about to start it now!" I asked him, respectfully,not to start it and could I have my money back?. He rolled his eyes. The whole conversation happened through a screened window bc we were sitting outside. We could hear everything going on in there & the guy was talking s@#t bc I asked for my money back! Which btw, was $30.00!!!! For a small plain pizza & salad!!!! Do yourself a favor & find an establishment that actually cares about their customers & the reviews that could come forth from interacting with them! I found a better pizzeria later with great food, customer service, and reviews!!! And I only paid $27.00 for 2 slices(which you can't get at Jakes. No slices allowed per register guy), fries, cheesecake, empanadas, and rice!!!!! BUON GUSTO PIZZERIA ❤️"

"Went to this place yesterday and it was very small. The menu says we can order slices but the worker said they don’t do that, you can only order pies. One slice is $4 which is crazy because that’s more expensive than all of NY. We ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and burger and it had no flavor at all and served on a roll. The burger was $8 and so small it was finished in 2 bites. The chicken sandwich was just spicy with no flavor. Would not return here, overpriced. It was $20 for a buffalo sandwich and burger, came with no fries or drinks."

"CASH only business but our pizzas and stromboli were tasty and everyone enjoyed them. Delivery time was very accurate and free (but please do tip those folks!). Pizza dough was on the crisp/ dense side compared to a NY style soft/chewy. Delivery did not include any napkins, parmesan, or pepper flakes. Not the best I've ever had, but solid food and overall pleased and would be happy to order from them again."
