"I did not think we would make it back to our destination in one piece. The bus service gave a group of college athletes a short bus with no outlets, no wifi, and no bathroom for an 8 hour drive to Boston. Our driver was nothing short of incompetent. He would randomly pull off to the side of a busy highway because he missed a direction or didn’t know where to go. We had to baby him through the directions at times because he could not follow them. He told us that this was his first time driving this type of vehicle and the company gave him the assignment the night before and they would not answer his calls for help. Last but not least, he hit a parked vehicle because he could not make a turn correctly in addition to hitting a sign early in the trip. This was definitely one of the worst travel experiences, and I would not recommend this service."
