The young man who came, Josh, was positive, pleasant, professional, and had a can do attitude getting my large chair in my smaller door. He made it work, all the while being careful not to harm the chair. He even told me to go ahead a check to make sure everything was ok before he left! Why can’t every company have an employee like that!!!! The experience was awesome!!!!"
