"I enjoyed my experience here today. I was so excited that I could utilize the fitting rooms today. Kohl's, Target and Burlington Coat factory, their fitting rooms are closed to the public. I will not be patronizing or visiting another store that will not allow customers to try on clothes. I like to try before I buy! Also they have a sale going on now. I saved $105.00 and I paid $104.92 for four outfits: leggings and tops for my gym workouts. Since I am always creating and producing videos, I need new gym clothes. No one wants to see in the same clothes all the time!!! I am promoting my new business, Krystique Personal Fitness."

"We were having issues with online gap purchases. An order was split into two deliveries. One deliver made it to us; other was misdelivered to wrong address (containing 2 shorts). Took hours to get thru to online customers service but rep was going to resend 1 pair of shorts (other pair no longer available and received refund). Received package that was supposed to be missing shorts; instead it was two random shirts from Old Navy?! Went to Gap store vs. sitting on hold for hours again to fix a second time. There were varying degrees of helpfulness at Gap / Suburban Square, and I want to make sure I give a huge ***Shout Out*** to Shane who went above and beyond in problem solving, ensuring Gap's mix-up wasn't our problem to fix, but rather Gap's. After waiting awhile for others to fix ineffectively, Shane stepped up and took down all our information, took the random Old Navy shirts (so they can return them; one less thing for us to do), and she let us leave while she continued working on the issue. We were barely in the door at home when Shane called us with a resolution: she had called (someone at Gap) and had a refund issued to my daughter's account for the still-missing shorts and all was taken care of in a one-and-done fashion you'd expect. Shane was proactive, personable, friendly, defused a frustrating situation and problem-solved in a way that was least impactful to us as customers. This is the type of quality customer service that builds brand loyalty. Thanks Shane!!"

"Today at 11:25 am I had the most disgusting experience here. There were two cashiers they both were helping someone and I was next in line in the gentleman line ( the other cashier was an older lady) when it was my turn he never called me up to his counter I never got greeted no eye contact was made( mind you he was not like this with the lady before me that he helped) so the lady cashier was told by the male cashier to go over and ring her(me) up and she was the same very cold an unwelcoming and then after spending my hard earned money there and after placing my money in her hands she then placed my change on the counter while my hand was out to receive the change"
