"He had something in his card swiper that scratched my card , so i could have to ride around to get cash from different places! We rode around so many places to try and get money til the meter hit $40! And i literally only had to go up the street and around the corner. I only caught a taxi because i had my 2 small kids.. I know he did it because i had just swiped my card at the wawa 5 minutes prior. Then he ended up typing the card number in manually. When he could have been done that instead of letting the meter get so high!! I have an accountnow card, not a bank account. So i had to pay $35 for a new card to be expidited to my house. Which was an inconvenience. I couldnt swipe it ANYWHERE! No ATMs, no stores. No where. I had no cash on me. I couldnt use my card because it was scratched . my 2 small kids needed things and i had to wait 3 days to get it when my new card came."
