The office staff gave a me a two-hour window, which is way better than most other companies that give a window of 4 hours or more. The technician arrived right on time. He introduced himself, was very personable, and put protective booties over his shoes before he came in. He set up the online account that was required for the thermostat he installed and made sure I was comfortable with how to log in and how to program it myself before he left. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time and I feel the cost was reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs heating or cooling service."
