"We ordered parts from this supplier for emergency orders. I was told that they would ship immediately, so we sent a purchase order. When the parts kept failing to arrive, I tried to reach out the their "exceptional customer service", they did not respond for days, until my boss called them. Then, They admitted they didn't have the parts. They said they would give us a refund - this was over $2000. It has been 4 days, still no refund. They receive zero stars from us."
