"I used to love going to this store to look Around. I spent a lot of money here I walked in at 10:56 today to pick up an apple speaker. They now have a staff member at the front where you walk in and if you need help you let him know where you’re going to be in and what you need so I did and went back and stood near the Apple products till 1130 a guy came over got some stuff out of the lock cabinet help the customer. Then walked away! Between Internet shopping and the in-store Maybe it’s time for Best Buy to hang it up because this has been the case since several visits that I’ve been in within the last six months. If their theft is so bad that they have to lock up products that won’t fit in your pocket prevent you from buying them because no one shows up with a key to assist maybe it’s time to close? I personally will never step in the Best Buy store again ever. Just because Internet shopping is out there doesn’t mean you gotta throw your customer service aspect out the window i’m sorry for them because I really really do like that store. It’s just such a shame because they used to really be the one in all store. You could find anything you need and actually purchase it why a customer has to stand in front of a locked cabinet for a product. It’s not gonna fit in your pocket when you walk out is absolutely beyond me. I would rather shop online with Apple direct or the dollar store."

Recently purchased go pro and decent price ans quick pickup. The customer service is good and check out is friendly."

"Purchased a television, received delivery, opened box and plugged TV in. Spider web on screen. Took back to store and they refused return stating they saw fingerprints and I caused damage. Simply touching a television breaks it and Best Buy refused to stand by the product. The manager (Jenn) was unwilling to help or provide an alternate solution. Terrible product and worse support. Don’t purchase anything here."

"It's not that they'll ignore you when you finally find an employee, it's more that they'll lie to you about whether or not they'll actually come and help you. A half an hour and three employees that I chased down later, nobody came to help me find a drone. That's $3000 the store will not get. Moving on. Will not return. Take a look at my pictures to find how devoid of any help there is available on the floor. Very bad experience"
