"Called to make sure they had my part, drove 30 minutes in the snow, only to find out that they closed the store 10 minutes before they were scheduled to. I tried calling on the drive, and they had taken the phones off the hook, so I could not get through. At least have the decency to tell me that you are closing early when I called you a half an hour ago!!!"
