"We love our new furniture! The selection at Sheffield was great and having the help of a designer was nice too. We expected the arrival to be delayed due to supply chain issues, so no complaints there. Our contact kept us updated as pieces came in. The only disappointment was that the designer did not come out to the house during delivery as it was described during the purchase process. I expected her to bring her room layout and direct the delivery team on where things went. Instead, I was the one directing the delivery team. It kind of felt like they had the sale and the follow through of making the delivery/installation feel like a high dollar purchase was lost or forgotten about."
