"My son had to be transferred here for RSV. The transport team was faboulus (uncle Steve- that’s what he called himself) The Emergency department and inpatient team was all AMAZING! We were there on Christmas and they even gave him a Christmas present!! My 3 day- 2 night stay was amazing minus my baby being sick. The nurses were all more than i imagined. Everyone was so thorough. The doctors were great and detailed! They cared for my baby more than I could ever imagine! They also have so many resources for parents. The cafeteria has plenty of food options (you can get voucchers if you’re broke) they let my husband and I shower, they have a family room, with a fridge to keep your food, get water, microwave, relax. You can do your laundry if you’re there for more than a day. They also had a playroom with toys for my baby and a lot to choose from! If I have any other issues I will make sure to bring my baby here! Best care team ever!! Was treated like family"
"What a joke hospital"
"We can i find a zero star. This is the worst emergency room to l went to. l took my daughter there it was 3:45 am just for a fever that’s not relieved by Tylenol. I wait 8 hours to be seen by a medical Dr. They need to do better in the healthcare system what joke place."
"Cool"
"My son passed out at his job. I took him to CHOP ER. The Dr. Showed me how much weight my son lost. I realized, seeing him every day I didn't realize how much he lost. Stressing to the ER Dr. How much of a struggle I've had trying to get my kid mental health services. He said " Call CHOP. They shouldn't do that". We'll I did call CHOP. Soon as they asked and I answered what insurance my kid was on. They wanted to reccomend other hospitals. How horrible is that a kid is killing themself and the hospital only cares about how they would get paid. Never did they ask if I had other means or any other ways. Which I do. Just makes me sick."
