"Mr. Christman is a very nice, attentive, and detailed attorney but his staff is very rude, particularly the receptionist she seems very overwhelmed, and is very short with everyone, she needs to work on her customer service and administrative skills. She puts you on hold forever then gets you confused with other callers. No one responds to emails or voicemails that you leave. I definitely regret coming to this law firm."

I then change mind after a month has past I called the secretary whose clueless she told me to write a letter stating I don't need the service which I did I took it in the office on 11/20/15 I called several times emailed several times concerning my refund no response or answer the secretary doesn't no anything the office manager Joi is a joke because she doesn't return phone calls. I had to write a letter to the board concerning this practice and file a whole complaint about it. Less alone go file a civil suit on an attorney for $300.00 sad very sad please do not use this place you won't get the service and less alone anything done for you."
