"Mr. Christman is a very nice, attentive, and detailed attorney but his staff is very rude, particularly the receptionist she seems very overwhelmed, and is very short with everyone, she needs to work on her customer service and administrative skills. She puts you on hold forever then gets you confused with other callers. No one responds to emails or voicemails that you leave. I definitely regret coming to this law firm."
