I've been to this business twice before and have found the employees unfriendly and I feel like I am inconvenient to them. I phoned Kate prior to traveling and she was professional, personable, and patient enough to provide me the times she would be available to assist with the notary service in relationship to the establishments operating hours. The transaction transpired effortlessly. Unfortunately, upon returning to NJ my Apple AirPods were nowhere to be found and were registering last known location to be in MD. Both Kate and Bridgette took time out of their busy schedules to search to entire store for me. As it turned out, several days later the earbuds were found lodged between the seat and armrest (fully charged) of my vehicle… I have no idea why the last registered location was MD vs NJ.
