"I completed every survey after several visits (over one year) to the NICU follow-up clinic. No one reached out to discuss the issues. There are wonderful nurses (e.g. Michelle) and doctors (e.g. Dr. Lehman) at this place, but the experience with Dr. Haas made us leave the clinic. She uses a condescending tone, does not let you finish your sentence (parents' observations don't seem to matter), and has no idea what trauma-informed care means (as a preemie doctor!). So many unprofessional things happen at the same time. On top of that, she asked our preemie to show their crawling/cruising skills on the dirty floor in the exam room. Just go somewhere else, they don't care about patients' experiences."
"The staff and dr’s were great! Very friendly and positive vibes! The assurance they provided my daughter with was amazing! The fact that they actually got her name correct is 100% awesome! The time was perfect and everything ran super smoothly!"
"Let me start by saying .. I had a terrible experience when I originally tried to get assistance with Scheduling my daughters appOintment after being in the emergency room twice , and contacting a social worker to assist in getting my FMLA paperwork completed and I was so upset , that honestly I was adamant that I would change my child’s primary care provider from Nemours to Chop. Well I want to say after I left my review and. COmplaince complaint / I was directed that a Coordinator would be contacting me. That coordinator was Nurse Dixon. Nurse Robin Dixon is truly an Angel on earth. She took my big issues and turned them all around , as if it was all so small. Her professionalism , promptness and eager to care for patients and parents really was the light at the end of an otherwise dark tunnel of my child receiving a diagnosis that was scary to me and I needed assistance and understanding. She removed the anxiety , and assured me that she had a handle on things .. everything be fine and it was . She did just that .. offering valuable suggestions and Refferals, and connecting me with quality care for my child that would allow me to return to work and assure she is being cared for by a team of medically trained certified caregivers . She setup an appointment to view the urgent fragile medical daycare, and she assisted in having my daughters Drs complete the FMLA needed for me to have time off to care for baby and got my baby in office the very next day. She is what commitment to patient first and service matters looks like, and Nemours should feel honored to have such a vibrant , experienced , positive professional representing them . I am beyond pleased with my experience and I do suggest if you are having a tough time at this location and feel you need a social worker or just help beyond the scope of what the intake specialist can offer . Ask for Nurse Robin Dixon .. You will not be dissapointed ♥️"
"The administrative team along with managers are unprofessional not knowledgeable to the information they give too parents. I am unsatified and will be pulling my son out here and take him else where. I needed a form filled out and one of the employees adminstrative people who answer the phones told me it would be filled out then come to find out when I called to check on the status it was not completed and I am told by several different managers the correct policy which I should of been told during my previous conversation. Take your children somewhere else."
"I used to love this pediatric office when Dr. Emmett practice here. But once he retired, things went downhill. The wait time for someone to answer the phone is extremely long. Waiting to hear back from the messages on the app isn’t all that better either, the doctors don’t seem that interested in your concerns regarding your child/children, when you schedule appointments, you’re scheduled with different doctors every time, I seen two residents come in asking the same questions until the doctor actually showed up only to ask the same questions and lastly, when I called to start the process of withdrawing my children from this office, I was giving false information regarding said process and was waiting for paperwork that never showed. It took me calling to the records department and the young lady providing the correct information. I wouldn’t recommend no one here at all."
