My complaint is about how I couldn’t get the attorney to call me when I found out I, the buyer, was paying some of the broker commission. I wanted to know how common that practice was in Delaware. Instead I had a paralegal tell me how great my broker was and how many deals they do with him. I also wanted to know when the language about my new found obligation had appeared in the CD. Nothing, just crickets from this law firm."
