"Excellent experience - Andre was on time, fast, and professional. It's a mobile service, so we were done with scanned fingerprints for an FBI check (which they complete and email automatically) and a hard copy of a fingerprint card in about twenty minutes (you do need to mail in the DE local check yourself through Identigo, but you don't have to go to the location). I'm a Wilmington resident and was told that I would have to drive to Dover to get this done - so I was very happy to find this service!"

Nobody showed for my appointment and I was never contacted, then I got a notification that my appointment was cancelled 8 hours AFTER the appointment. Terrible service."
