"My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 am. I wasn't sure which building it was in, so I called multiple times and recorded message said they don't open until 8:00 am. No one even called or text to see if I was coming. They made me reschedule being I did arrive late because no one was answering the phone!"

"Dr.Sandra Murphy was very rude to me. I was scheduled for a pap and called before hand to let them know if period spotting. She came in very rude and said she wasn’t doing a pap. I’ve had cervical cancer cells numerous times and have had 2 leap procedures done, one was in a year time in between my scheduled annual paps that I was already in the 4th stage full blown cervical cancer cells in 2017. I told her this and that I was getting my annual pap for this reason: she argued with me that I didn’t need one. She then said she would do one and proceeded with no one else in the room, it was about 5seconds, the quickest and most painful one I’ve ever had. She was not curtious and had no care in the world. I said that hurt more than usual and her reply was well I had to get it good. She also immediately complained about the spotting even after I had called before hand and discussed it beforehand with the nurse and receptionist who all reassured me that it was perfectly fine. It was an absolutely terrible experience. The health care system is a complete joke and I felt so uncared for and violated."

"I do not recommend this OB/GYN. My appointment to remove my (expired) Nexplanon birth control device was rescheduled four times. Three times due to Dr. Gupta cancelling less than a week prior each time. The fourth time, I was in the waiting room. This place does not give off the impression that they care about their patients. Now I have the Nexplanon in my arm until November. Six months after it’s expiration. Meanwhile, my schedule is completely open and have never been called while on the cancel/no show list. It’s honestly ridiculous that patients are suggested to provide 24 hours before canceling yet the “professionals” can not and do not do the same. These doctors are appreciated for their hard work, however, why has my doctor not been able to stick to a single appointment scheduled?"

"I am a new patient looking for a new OBGYN after my doctor shut down her practice. As any new patient it was a few months out before I could get an appointment. That was not an issue. Until the appointment was cancelled the day before and rescheduled again for a few months out. Well today I go to my appointment at 3:45pm. As it was my first time I made a wrong turn and arrived at 3:47p. The front desk staff was extremely friendly but my appointment was refused as I was “late.” Respectfully, I decided not to reschedule as I was forced to reschedule once as the Dr. was not available and they couldn’t see me for being 2 minutes late. I do not recommend and I would not encourage anyone to go to a doctor that clearly doesn’t actually care about their patients."
