"I have been attending the facility for quite sometime and I finally after ten yrs am saying goodbye The staff is forever changing No one ever smiles Disorganized the waiting room looks like a prison dirty bathrooms Mental health awareness and compassion lack tremendous I left there frazzled overwhelmed as the dr brought up my history and his many times I email him asking questions and his he takes time to do tel health etc I was overwhelmed he projected and gaslight everything I was attempting to question no doubt they keep track of everything so if a patient questions he us prepared to fire back it was disgusting threw everything in my face I had no say I started to shake almost passed out in panic crying he said nothing just that I attacked him? Why because I asked for something then question the course of treatment and because if that he brought like a wrap sheet of me making me feel horrible my ptsd kicked in not once his mouth stopping asking are you ok just asking me who my psychiatrist is? I have a right to ask and question it’s their job to make you feel safe I left there distraught confused tears and I will never return , my husband left there as well to new dr, ten yrs I was treated like an idiot , you can see his frustration but he refused to hear me . Making me feel guilty because I have sensitive to medication Your staff lacks training The building g is old and outdated Well you took an oath as a dr to help not belittle I will never go back in there and feel the way I did today Disgusting"

"I have been a patient there for years. I called and was able to make a telehealth appointment later on that day since I wasn’t feeling well. I thought the time was earlier than it was. When I tried to call the it just rang and rang. I called a total of 7 times before someone answered. My appointment went well. It’s just the office staff that is a problem for me. I have seen many staff members come and go. Not one person has been there long. I will be switching Drs because of the staff. Be wary of some of the reviews. The office is offering $50 to one lucky person if they leave a review."

"Horrible practice. Extremely unprofessional new patient 4:00 appointment told to be there at 3:15 doctor still didn't see me until 5:00 and then was told that it they double and triple book patience and then didn't even want to listen to anything that I had to say cuz he was in a hurry to get out the door told me to just come back for another appointment just so they can bill the state some more"

"Incredibly unprofessional place. Brought my son here for a new patient appointment just to be ignored while the receptionist played with kids that were in the office with them. Horrible parking, and a tiny waiting room with hardly any chairs. Dr might be great. We will never know because the front office is Horrible."
