"The worst! Me and my partner both went in together- same symptoms: fevers,chills and a terrible cough. The doctor gives me an antibiotic and tells her she had allergies. No Flu test nothing. Needless to say- we went to the ER anyway and found out we have the Flu and Pneumonia. Waste of insurance money and I will never go back."

"I arrived 6:50 pm for a 7 pm appointment. I had been there before so the initial check in was fast. I was called back for the initial screening with in 5 minutes. The person was through and pleasant. The doctor came in within 10 minutes. She was knowledgeable and at no time did I feel that she was in an hurry to get to the next patient. I walked out the door by 7:30 pm. The key is going on line and scheduling an appointment. If you are a walk in, your wait will depend on how many other walk ins are there."

"Walked in and made an appointment for later in the day. Extremely efficient. Didn't have yo sign in and wait like other places. Being able to schedule a time made the whole experience a huge time saver. Didn't have to sit in a waiting room with a bunch of other sick people, me being sick too. Who wants to sit around trading viruses? Now that I know I can schedule an appointment on line ahead of time, I would definitely consider this my first choice in the future. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasant and friendly. Great staff!"

"Dr Lisa Martin is the kindest doctor I have ever seen. She was incredibly reassuring and spoke to me in such a way that all my anxieties were eased. She was efficient, thorough, and explained everything she was going to do. I wish she could be my doctor for everything. The front desk staff was also very kind and made my visit go very smoothly. Overall the best experience I’ve ever had in an urgent care!"
