"Brad is GREAT ! HOWEVER, his receptionist is HORRIBLE.... my daughter got better and has seen him in years, so she told me Its been too long Id be considered a new patient, I said ok, you are taking new patients, correct? she said yes, but you aren't a new patient we cant see you! Makes no sense, she is rude and dismissive."
