"I got a COVID test done here and it was quick and easy. I needed a quick EKG for a medication prescription and since my Doc was booked out I decided to come here. Now I’d like to say the nurse that I saw both visits is so sweet. She really did try her best with what she knew and had available. But the EKG couldn’t have gone worse honestly. They have no reclining chair so it was super difficult to get hooked up to begin with. After 30 minutes she printed a few results and contacted her boss who told me to go to the ER. After an entire day of panic and waiting hours at the hospital I went to my PCP the following day and was told I was completely fine. I finally saw a cardiologist yesterday after being required to BECAUSE of the initial EKG I got done at this urgent care so I could get completely cleared and back on my medication and the doctor told me it was one of the most poorly done EKGs he has ever seen in his 40 years of medicine. It was missing 6 of 12 leads and wasn’t even fully printed. Needless to say I’ll never be coming back here."

"Came in on Christmas Eve and had my daughter tested for COVID. Spent almost 2 hours there even with an appointment. Called for COVID results on Tuesday only to be told her results have been lost. Was told me and my whole family would be tested for free with no wait time and a 24 hour result. Drove 30 mins to get have our swabs taken. It has been 72 hours and no results have been provided. No one has answered the phone in 3 days and no voicemails have been returned. I’m beyond irritated and upset with this place. Would not recommend going here if looking to get labs done as they are not reliable. The receptionist and drs were nice while we were they physically but the experience ever since has been nothing short of awful."

"While the staff there are pleasant and polite, we went in for Covid Tests with the promise of results in 2-3 days and we're on day 8 with no results. Thankfully we didn't need them for our travel arrangements and on later testing, (which we got results back in 5 hrs) are negative. Not sure who dropped the ball, but this is NOT how you do Healthcare. Literally go anywhere else."

"Please be aware of this practice. I made an appointment for a Covid test as my daughter was in direct contact with a co-worker that had Covid. When I went, they asked for my Medicare card, it was my 1st time testing so I thought that was necessary. I was told that I wouldn’t be charged. I signed my Medicare form that they asked for. They took me into a small office where I was told they had to take my temperature and blood pressure. Ok, I have my own doctor that I see 2 times a year, so I didn’t need a work up, but she said it was required. Ok, did that, then she said I had to do a virtual doctor call with the Careport doctor so that she could approve the test. Strange, I know. The doctor asked nothing about my health, just asked if I showed any symptoms and said I should quarantine for 12 days. And get another test in 5 days. Then they gave me the Covid test. After telling me when I made the appointment and when I got there, that my results would be in approx 24-48 hours, they said I would get my results in approx 4-5 days. I just got a copy of the bill from Medicare from them. They charged $165.00, Medicare only paid $51. I have since had 4 more tests from Curativ, no charges, no asking for Medicare cards. Again, I never asked for nor needed a medical work up from Careport, only a Covid test. I feel as if I was tricked by them. I do intend to fight these charges if they send me a bill."

"Very disappointing. I thought I had found a place to get my COVID 19 PCR test for travel. I arranged a time and date to go with a very nice person who seemed helpful. Upon arrival 10 minutes before the appointment, I was forced to wait 1/2 an hour, during which I was required to fill out a volume of paperwork. After patiently waiting another 15 minutes, and paying $200, the Technician finally became available. I found out at that time that the pre-arrangements were no good as the courier had already left for the day, even though my appointment had specifically been made for that purpose. This nullified my travel as I was unable to find another agency to perform the PCR test for travel. I am beyond disappointed by the incompetence of this CarePortMD."
