"That man James was horrible, no customer service, not friendly and made be feel uncomfortable from the moment he called my name to go back with him. Did not explain anything just had me standing there until he spoke. When I moved to start taking my jacket off and asked where I could put it he rudely said there’s a hook. Left it at that …did not secure the room with my personal items, the other gentlemen brought his client in the room while I was in the bathroom giving my sample and had him put his jacket on top of mine . I had to stop everything and check my items were still there. Didn’t offer to lock my things up like when I was there before. Had to give another sample because it was “out of range” I didn’t know what that meant I asked and he barely responded. he was loud about that, walked me out to the waiting room and was so loud told me in from off the waiting room my next sample would be observed. Called me to the back to complete my vitals within not even 10 seconds of me sitting down. Place my jacket with personal items on the outside hook of a door and closed me in. Had me thinking I was being bloodwork done because he explained nothing, didn’t mention anything just did my vitals. Once I got my medical card and things just handed it to me and stood there for me to leave. Worst 2.5 hours I spent with a supposed professional."

"Even though they was short staff I was still able to get in a out at a good decent time"

"They do not close at 5pm they lock and turn off their lights by 4:30… I was in the parking lot knocking and waiting at 4:40 to no answer. If this location isn’t going to service people until 5pm the closing times should be 4:30! Huge inconvenience!!!"

"It’s so very slow. There are workers just sitting around in your face not doing a thing while people are in the lobby. Customer service is okay due to a light skin woman at the desk. Besides her everyone is slow & doesn’t care how long you have been sitting."
