"They always been and helpful"
"The receptionists were not able to explain why they couldn’t find my information in the system. The issue was eventually resolved (it took about 30 minutes!!) as they didn’t have appropriate access to retrieve new patients information, but the whole experience was very unpleasant as I thought they’d lost my confidential information. I was very frustrated and felt confused. I hope the receptionists can be properly trained to avoid the same issue from happening again."
