"Dr. Hung Le. is the best! His office staff needs more soft skills training. I have been with the office for over 10years and have referred friends and family.As a matter of fact I was referred to Dr. Le's office by family. I had a financial hiccup and up until recently have been struggling...things have gotten progressively better and I paid everything I owed back. I have major issues with my teeth now because to preserve my peace I decided to stop going to the office. The type of treatment that both me and my soon to be 80 year old mother have received from two office members in particular is above and beyond disrespectful as one doesn't address us properly when we are in the office...ignores and acts like she can not be bothered. The other member laughs at you when you express your issues to her. I love Dr. Le and wish for him the best. I pray that one day he see's for himself the people that are sabotaging his practice. I was told that he refuses to speak with me. That letters were sent and refused. I have not received any letters to refuse from the office and the last time I spoke with the office I paid my account in full and was given an appointment. That appointment was 8/1/2022 only to find out that day my appointment was canceled and that I am no longer welcomed at the practice. which is now fine because I can't and won't trust his staff to touch me again. If they will pull a stunt like this there is no telling to the degree of pay back that they would do to me or a loved one. I have 2 gaping holes in my mouth with pain. I told this to the staff on the phone previously and she laughed. I have no problem moving on as there are definitely other offices that would love the money I now have and the benefits as well. Dr. Le your office staff are your first faces and interactions that we have with your office. Always remember that if you do not have respectful people in your front office your business eventually will suffer. Brushing off an issue because you wish to avoid having to deal with improper conduct by your staff, Not hearing out your patient when they have time and time again advised you of an issue with your staff and finally kicking people from your practice based on incomplete information will only hurt the longevity of your practice and your name in the industry. Always remember a bad review will always travel further than a good one and you are only as good as your weakest link and you truly have some weak links in your staff/office. "I was a patient of Dr. Le for six years, moved out of state for four years, and returned as a patient again for the past six months. He is an amazing dentist and while I had a great dentist while out of state, no one compares to Dr. Le. He has amazing bedside manners and has the memory of an elephant. His attention to detail in his work is stellar, and I’m glad to be back under his care."

"Dr Le and his staff are incredible! I had a ton of damage to most of my teeth because of gastro issues the acid ate my teeth away. Dr. Le and his nurses have worked very hard to save what I have left and made me feel great about my smile. The front desk staff is so friendly and approachable. "Making my appointment over e-mail was extremely fast. Tabatha got back to me that day and was extremely helpful when I had to change my appointment. It was nice to finally have someone get back to you right away. The office is extremely comfortable and clean. All the staff there was wonderful. Dr. Hung was very nice and helpful in pointing me in direction that I needed to go next. I would 100% recommend this office to ANYONE!!"

"So I haven’t been to this dentist since September and I get a bill today dated for April 16, 2018 for $45. So I was like I haven’t been there in almost a year so why am I just getting a bill. I call and the lady researches it and says oh it’s from a missed appointment in October. I am like so you are just sending out the notice now, almost a year later? She stumbles over her words a little and says oh you didn’t get the other notices, I said no. Then I said this sounds a little shady and hung up. Then I think back and go into my text messages and what do I find. Messages for me to make an appointment for a cleaning. Now wouldn’t you think the money owed would be mentioned then? Plus this is bad business. Especially since I don’t remember missing any appointment. It sounds like they are scrambling to get money from wherever. Poor customer service and bad business."
