"I initially planned to get my MRI from Christiana Care in Middletown. I had doctors orders sent over and then I called to make an appointment. After a 40 minute hold, the individual was annoyed that I didn’t have all the information needed to make the appointment. Completely uninterested in helping and just wanted to get me off the phone. I then changed to DE Imaging and had a completely different experience. Before making an appointment at Christiana care for imaging, compare the reviews. It is like night and day. One place cares about patients and sympathetic to the challenges of navigating a complex process. The other, not so much."

"I wouldn't send a cockroach there to be looked at. The most incompetent place I have ever been to. I have never seen a doctor, all they have is nurse practitioners and you never see the same one twice. The last one did not listen to half of what I told her, took away the medicine that made my joints finally not hurt, and decided a knee x-ray would fix everything."

"Welcome to corporate America. Had a good experience with my doctor for 6 or more years and then the dreadful acquisition by Christiana Healthcare happened. Today was my fourth since the acquisition happened. Wanted to ask a question on billing and told to call central billing. Wow, after 20 minutes being bounced around was told I will get at least 2 Bill's for an office visit, on for the Dr. And a 35 dollar facilities charge. Hope Kohls or Walmart don't start charging me for both the merchandise and the space to store it in the store. Asked at front desk why they are so inefficient, was told it was that they had 3 different systems they were working on. They try to do services which are best administered locally through a centralized call center, 18 months later it is a disaster. Someone should be terminated. Needless to say,I am looking for s new provider. While I am sure they are taking new patients because of how they treat old ones, I would not recommend them to my worst enemies. Thanks"
