"I just completed a sleep study. I've been using a CPAP since 1993 and this is about my 6th study/titration. This was the absolutely worst experience; pure torture! The technician insisted that I had to show severe sleep apnea before using a CPAP. Even though I was given a sleeping pill I woke up twice in three hours later with the worse headache and sore throat from snoring feeling as if I had not slept - all consistent with sleeping without my CPAP. I had to insist on the technician calling the doctor to review the results before she was finally instructed to use the CPAP; at the point of using the CPAP. At the start of the study she indicated that the study will last from 10:30 to 4 or 4:30 am so she can clean me up before she left as she worked 12 hour shifts. I left at 5am with glue all over my head and face. No towel or soap for their shower. I feel that the inconvenience of doing a Titration in a shorter time slot was out over my health and safety; she did not want to do it and even threatened to end the study. Such a bad experience, never again!"

"Very difficult to get a hold of anyone. Started process in October and spoke to doctor in mid November. Called a few times in 1st week of a December and told to wait another week. Called a week later than they told me to call another place handling my equipment called First Choice. They never heard of me. Called back and then told to call Dynamic Health which is another equipment company. Never heard of me. Called back Delaware Sleep and put on hold on 12/22. No one would pick me up even trying to get a manager. On hold again for 20 minutes and drove to the office and finally got someone in front of me. She couldn’t give me any advice either. 12/28 texted them again no help so I called the equipment company which they said they got the order in 12/22 which was the day I complained. No one bothered to call me. Now Dynamic is telling me I have to wait until they call me back. No idea when I will have the equipment. What a nightmare on all fronts. Good luck to anyone who uses them."

"Impossible to get ahold of anyone at this business. Request information on the website and no response. Call during business hours and get a third party answering service who clicks on the line to open call and then disconnects. Sleep study may be good - but not at all easy to do business. Terrible customer service experience"
