Lauren was the main therapist to take care of me, but everyone helps each other out at times so I worked with everyone. This team is fabulous! I had some depression going on as well when I first started too, from the pain and moving everything was new. This TEAM is a blast! "GR8 PT facility! Very friendly staff, they always acknowledge you upon entry. Therapist are very knowledgeable. I was super impressed at my 2nd visit when Lauren stated that she read up on my issue for more info...WOW how humble of her! I knew then that I was in the right place. I have yet to see one patient that doesn't laugh while they are here. More importantly after 1 month I am 50 - 60% better. Kudos to the staff! Stay friendly, stay humble and continue to love your job!"

"Great place for Physical Therapy. They tailor your routine based on the doctors recommendation and/or your current capabilities. Then they adjust periodically based on evaluation and progress. Scheduling is flexible and they have transportation if you can't drive or get a ride. All the therapists are great and very pleasant to work with. I can't speak highly enough about my experience at Pivot!"

"I had total knee replacement surgery on January 8 and chose Pivot because of positive experiences in the past. I've had interactions with Caitlyn, Anthony, Lauren, Nick and Renata and they're all amazing!!! They listen to my concerns and when I have questions, I'm extremely confident in the answers they give me in order to be as good as new when I'm through with therapy. I feel each of them genuinely care for me as an individual and want me to do well in my recovery. It was my right knee that was replaced, therefore I cannot drive myself to therapy so I have transportation pick me up. The drivers, Kevin and Theresa are top notch!!! They arrive on time and are very attentive and helpful!! I'll recommend this Pivot location to anyone who needs physical therapy!!!!!"
