"Had just a terrible time. Long (45min) wait despite an appointment that I arrived on time for. Most concerning was the lack of communication from the technician who also drew my blood while her computer was down, leaving me unsure if my sample will be routed correctly. I was only asked 'which arm'; she did not ask if I was fasting, was on blood thinners, or was prone to fainting...all of which put my health and safety at risk. Extremely unnerved by my experience."

"The ladies working the front desk at this Labcorp were so nice and pleasant to work with- more so than any other labcorp experience I’ve had. I had some issues with paperwork and they were so patient and helpful. Additionally I don’t like getting my blood drawn and they made me at ease through the whole process. Thank you to them!"

"I have dissatisfaction with the service I received at this facility on Oct 17. I had an appointment at 10:45 a.m. and I brought my blood work that was prescribed by my doctor. However, when I approached the front desk, the female Hispanic receptionist was very rude to me. She refused to accept my blood work and demanded to know the name of my doctor. She did not listen to me when I tried to explain that the information was on the paper. She also made a racist remark, and said "this is America and you have to be respectful". I felt humiliated and offended by her behavior."

"Janelle did an amazing job. I came in with a ton of tests that I needed done and she was so patient and kind. Janelle had to take around 20 vials of my blood and did it painlessly and with ease. I told her I was scared since I never had this much blood taken, and thankfully she warned me that this was a lot for a person with low blood pressure. After the blood was finished being taken, my eyes starting blacking out and I was about to pass out and told Janelle. She got an ice pack on the back of my neck and had me rest my head until I felt okay to get up. I was really scared and she handled this situation with the perfect support, she kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay.I’m really amazed by her kindness"

"don’t go here. they are very unfriendly and not attentive to patients that walk in. i had to help two people log in to the portal to check in as they ignored people coming in. when they let me in the back there was no welcome and cold interactions. they also told another person to come into the room i was in and when we were both confused they just yelled at us from the front. when it came time to retrieve my sample i explained i was bad with blood and she did not try to make the experience any better. they basically told me to leave instead of giving other options and cut me off as i tried to speak. the positive reviews for this labcorp are a complete joke."
