"Today, I needed to have bloodwork done for a test next week. I went to Lab Corp, West Deptford, there were at least 25 people in the office and hallway. I left there, looked up Quest and had an appointment for 10:20 this morning. Margie was my technician and she was very helpful, kind and got my blood with one stick. Thanks Margie"

"Save yourself some time and frustration - go to a different location or another lab. I needed to drop off a test for my mother who is handicapped (difficult for her to leave the house). Took me 20 minutes to flag someone down to try to hand it over. Finally I see a women and explain why I was there. She was rude and impatient. And required me to wait. My mother was assured walking in an handing it off was all that was needed."

"It was a horrible experience for me at this location. I had an appointment at 3pm, let me wait until it was almost 3:30pm and then they refused to do my blood work just because of the nonsense reason that they couldn't click to my request on the system although I had my doctor request paperwork on my hand. They told me to call my doctor office. I did call and asked whether they could talk to my doctor office to explain the reason but they refused to. They told me to come back tomorrow morning, maybe there's solution. What?!!!!! Why not at that time but it have to be tomorrow??? It's just because they're lazy b***!"
