"I have been forced to pay 1 $2000 bill TWICE, I've been told that it's up to US to pay the doctors separately since they "aren't employed by the facility". I have received bill after bill after bill for 1 ER visit in June that I didn't even receive treatment for. If you value your health, DO NOT use this horrifying facility!"

"i went into the emergency room for a panic attack and the front desk staff immediately started helping me and telling me to breathe. they pointed a fan at me and got a wheel chair bc my legs were shaking too bad to stand. they rushed me as fast as they could to the back and they walked me thru everything that they were going to treat me with. they reassured me multiple times with all of my questions and made me feel safe and cared about. nurse amie was an angel sent from heaven. she comforted me thru the iv needles talked me thru everything she was doing while distracting me with things to make me laugh in my hardest time. she is an amazing nurse. we need more like her in this world."

"I’ve been coming to this location since I was a teenager. The receptionist who scheduled my appointment today was absolutely horrible!! She didn’t want to tell me the name of my new doctor since my last two doctors have left this practice, and she gave me the nastiest attitude for NO reason. I wanted to tell her to get a new job because this one that has her dealing with people clearly is NOT for her. I’ve never felt so insulted just for making a phone call. I want to switch my doctors just because of how horrid this receptionist was. I’m appalled. She also hung up on me! I barely got a confirmation before she slammed the phone down. Seriously considering canceling my appointment for almost a month from now to find someone else who won’t treat me as I was treated today. Disgusted and disappointed with how disrespectful this girl was. Too bad I didn’t ask for her name."

"Had the best experience of hospitality here then at any hospital or any previous visit here, from the moment I went in to the very moment I went to my car I was treated with the utmost respect and care. Huge shout out to my nurse and the security for helping me out to my car, I sprained my ankle and they took the time and patience to help me get in the car and properly get adjusted on my crutches. 10/10 very friendly staff, and just made everything so easy for me. You can tell they really care about their patients and what happens to them even after they’re discharged."

"Waited in ER waiting room for a couple hours. When we walked in, there were only 2 people in front of us. Not busy at all. While waiting, I noticed the faculty had no purpose. It was as if they were just hanging out, with no motivation or purpose what-so-ever. No work ethic. I recommend going somewhere else if there's a choice. If there is no choice, call an ambulance instead. Might be seen and treated faster that way."
