"I have been coming to the New Britain Town Fair crew since the '90s and they have never failed me. This time Ty took good care of me, checked me in, and was super friendly. Angel was there, fielding questions and also helpful. I'm pretty sure he's been there for years and is always reliable. When my service was done I had a concern, so Warren was great and got Mike to drive my car and "feel" what worried me. After a thorough inspection he came back and assured me that all was good and there was nothing to stop me from making my annual drive to VA for Thanksgiving.
