"Worst service in New Britain. Very very bad service. My appointment was @ 3.00 pm. I went @ 2.45 pm Then they told me I have to stay another 2 hours. I have replaced all the tyres from them. On my way I had flat tyre. When I went they need 1 hour. For one tyre sensor replacement $120 first day. After one week they asked $250 Firestone use very bad parts for brake routers & pads. I have done one time brake replacement from Firestone another branch . Noisy ,if I break Shaking the car."
