"Their front office support s*cks. I have called them 10 times and no one picked all those times, left a voicemail- no action yet. My testing has been rescheduled 5 times. No proper follow up with insurance prior to the test if that test needs pre-approval. No complaints with doctors. Literally the front office don’t care about you. Can’t wait to move to a different HCP."
