UM Shore Regional Health Diagnostics and Imaging at Denton

"Loved this place, clean, no long wait, the ladies that worked there are so polite and helpful, was my first visit for a mammogram there and I could get my blood work done too. Probably wasn’t even there a half hour for both, 45 mins tops, I was uneasy because I had been going to agh in Berlin for 10 years, what a pleasant surprise. Wonderful job!!!"

"Would give no stars, were it an option. Mammogram appointment made thru center that schedules for various locations. Arrived on time. No staff in sight. Signed in, and waited half an hour before I saw a staff person. Nowhere in office or on sign in is Denton Imaging, so I asked if I was in the right place, as it is a new building. Finally called to give info for check in. Waited almost 2 more hours before being told I was "not on the list" ONLY after I again inquired why the wait was so long. Totally unorganized, understaffed. I left without getting my test."

"I was at this location yesterday. I was treated like I was inconveniencing these people by being there. You don't have to smile at me or be my friend but you should have some courtesy for your patients. Nothing was explained, I was never given the name of the technician who was performing the procedure and there were no customer service skills presented. There's already a level of discomfort to an medical procedure and add to that parading around in a gown open in the front with someone who can't spend the air to speak to you about what is happening but has plenty for the sarcastic sighs every time you ask a question or for direction. I don't live far but I will not give my hard earned money to a business who allows their employees to treat people in this manner."

"Horrible. Poked around forever for a vein, despite having really visible veins. Really hurtful, it bruised immediately, and swell up to a ping pong ball sized bump. Then I was left unattended and started to get dizzy. I called out for help 4 times and NO came to check, until I was passed out, burning up. Then they did get me water and juice but no one seemed worried, zero empathy, zero genuine care. They let me just sit there ..... wow"

"I took my little girl to this place to have blood drawn on April 25th, 2016. The 2 ladies who did it have no empathy with little children. The older graying woman who was assisting was the worst....acted like my daughter shouldn't be crying. Very insensitive."
