"I’ve been canceled on 3 times, either that day (15 minutes before while I was in the parking lot) or less then a week out. All they want to offer me is online sessions which is not helpful in any way for my health issues."
"This place USED TO be really great... but, in 2022, I'd had a routine checkup scheduled for mid-January. Got a voicemail THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT saying that the doctor was unavailable and would have to reschedule... FOR SIX WEEKS OUT. Fine. I call them back and reschedule. Get another voicemail THE DAY OF THE RESCHEDULE saying that the doctor was unavailable and would have to reschedule... ANOTHER SIX WEEKS OUT. FINE. I call them back and reschedule. Get another voicemail THE DAY OF THE SECOND RESCHEDULE. I give up on calling them back. It's now a year and a half later. The pandemic has been officially declared over for months. I tried calling them to get in for a routine checkup and to examine an unknown foot injury that's been bothering me for months, and I'm told to leave a voicemail because a whopping 3 people were ahead of me in the queue. I did, at around 2:45pm today. By 5pm, nobody had called me back. I called in again just now and was told by the robot that there was a whopping ZERO people ahead of me in the queue. I've been on hold for a whole of 8 minutes (it takes that long to talk to nobody??) and just now got ahold of Ruth while I was typing this. It has taken her an ADDITIONAL 3 minutes to get ahold of my records... only to find out that they're STILL booked out until mid-October for anything that isn't in the middle of the day (some of us work during the day). As it stands, I'm going to get another phone call tomorrow to see whether we can at all take a look at my feet this week or get a physical exam in less than two months I don't know what happened to this place during COVID, but it has absolutely fallen apart. Go elsewhere. I'm already checking my insurance's website to see if I'm able to do the same."
"NEVER GO HERE. the doctors code routine tests wrong so the lab charges you full price and then the office refuses to help in any way. they also put things in my chart and diagnosed me with anxiety without saying a word to me about it. worst drs office ever. if i could give zero stars i would."
"I found out they fired one of the nurses unjustly. She was always so good with the kids. Thats on top of the face for a long time I requested my own medical records from childhood and was eventually told they do not hold records that long. So my childhood medical info is pretty much no existent now."
"If you are sick don't think you will be seen. Just video chats. They have no time to see you if you sick. They only want to do maintenance medications and not deal with anyone who is in need for a doctor. They have no doctor's there. They tell you to go to the ER and sit there for hours just for someone to listen to your chest and decide your course of action. Remember the days when REAL DOCTOR'S did that."
