"AJ Kitchen Cabinets are solid would and are almost identical to Kraftmaid cabinets at 1/2 the price. (Quality and Hardware) I never used AJ for countertops and would probably use a company who specializes in countertops but if you want to save money on high quality cabinets, AJ is the place. As far as Christine's concerned she's always be pleasant and courteous to me. (I had an issue with several cabinet doors (Chip in paint) which were replaced without any charge or any issues)"

"Do your self a favor and stay away! This place was recommended because of their prices but I rather over pay at one of the big chain stores then deal with the woman Christine working here. I went with my nephew who is a contractor and she insisted the 28sq ft L shaped counter HAD to be cut at the sink. He tried to explain to her that it shouldn't but we just went with it and pd a $500 cash deposit. Then came our appt for them to come measure the template which my brother took off so he would be there. They were supposed arrive between 10-12 but no one showed up until after 2. She calls me a few days later to tell me that they measured the counter at 33 sq ft. and gave me the additional cost. I tried to explain to her thats not correct my nephew measured it and that extra 5 sq ft they're measuring seems to be the space for the stove. She insisted they were correct and that is what it is and if I don't believe her then she was putting my order on hold. I told her to proceed but when they get there to install we'll see what the actual size is. She was supposed to call me with an install date but I had not heard back for over a week. Finally she said they would install the end of the following wk and she'd let me know the date. I called her mid wk bc I had not heard from her and she told me oh next wk now. I asked her to please let me know a few days in advance so we can remove the old counter. She called me on a Monday afternoon and told me they were going to come the following day. I informed her that would not work bc the counter will not be able to be removed today. She said fine then Thursday at 12. Thursday at 12 came and went so my nephew called to find out what time they would be there and she proceeded to yell saying they will be there soon. 2 hrs passed and nothing. I called her and she began to yell at me that she already spoke with my nephew and they will be there soon and she doesn't want to hear it. I explained to her that my family members are losing out on money waiting around for her crew and I wanted to speak with a manager. I told her she is unprofessional and the way she speaks to customers is a disgrace. She told me to talk to the guy who comes with the counter and hung up on me. Finally at 3:30 they show up, the crew told us that she told them to go a different house at 12 and ours at 3. They go to install the counters and guess what, it was too long and needed to be cut. Oh and they never needed to cut it into 2 pieces at the sink like she insisted they would. We ended up getting a discount but I will NEVER use them or refer them to anyone EVER!"
