"I bought an AquaGuard sand filter from the Newark store almost 2 summers ago. The first one I bought had to be exchanged because it didn't work properly. I hooked up the exchanged filter & it worked "ok" for a little while. Towards the end or the season, I was having problems once again with the filter because it seemed like it wasn't functioning correctly because my pool was cloudy no matter how many chemicals I added. I was told to call the Claymont store because that's their service center and they would schedule someone to come look at the filter. When I talked to the Claymont store they advised me everybody was having problems with their pool and he couldn't guarantee somebody would be able to come out before the end of the season and was basically told to deal with my cloudy pool. This year when I opened my pool, now the filter doesn't work at all. I called the Newark store where I bought the filter and spoke with the manager who remembered who I was. He said he doesn't like selling those filters because they aren't that good. He said he would call the Claymont store to see what was up with these pumps and he would call me right back. 2 hours later I tried calling him back and nobody answered the phone. Then I got my husbands phone and called and they answered. The manager told me because I used it that I'm basically screwed. These people are thieves. They'll take your money and won't help you."

"Came here on Father’s Day morning for a dolphin pool cleaner. The prices are same as industry prices and they were able to answer my questions. Carlos held one for a few hours while I did my research and my price and features comparison. Like the shop it’s clean, staff has knowledge and is friendly"

"Nice store. Santos is a great help. Their pool opening and closing service is horrible. They opened my pool at my work. Never came to clean it. Recommend the store but not the service for your pool. Go to someone that will actually perform what their paid for"

"Awesome experience. Never knew Sum-R-Fun existed until I had an issue with my. cover over the winter. The cover was barely out of warranty and I thought I could get it repaired (broken strap at first) if it could hold out through the winter. Well, it didn't hold and ripped a few months after inquiring about pricing. They were able to hold the pricing for me and got the order in to Loop Loc quickly. Just a few weeks later, the cover was installed by 2 extremely knowledgeable and friendly techs (Josh & Jimmy). They took great care and pride in making sure it was perfect. Highly recommend Sum-R-Fun. They will be seeing more of me!"
