"I attended one of their free community yoga events this past Saturday and had a great experience!! I have some anxiety going into groups exercising together but Studio Sol was very welcoming. I took Sonya’s heated power yoga and she made me feel confident and comfortable with doing what my body needed. We were laughing, moving to the beat and I left feeling uplifted.
