"Disappointing customer service. The one woman who appears to be in charge, was abrupt and unprofessional. There was a younger girl in there who was pleasant and trying to help, however, was also interrupted abruptly by this other discourteous one. She needs to run from this place ! She is the only reason, and the decent prices, why I gave a 3 star review. Had money and intent to purchase but this place lost my business. They have so much inventory just sitting there too"

"I was a little hesitant to order because I didn't know if the furniture looked like it came from "Pricebusters", don't get me wrong. Pricebusters do have some nice furniture but some looks like it's for kids. In fact, my BR Set came from there (Pricebusters). No shade at all. JD Furniture did me right tho. Well worth the money. Just wish they had the color I wanted in stock but it's ok I'm satisfied. The delivery guys were well respected young men. I'll definitely order from them again. The quality is Great. Sturdy, big boy furniture as you can see from the pics. Thx again!!!"

"The first time I came in, I wandered around for a while trying to find a very specific color of green for a sofa. I would find something I liked, but then it would be way too expensive. It was discouraging. The second time I came in, I asked Erica for help. I showed her the color I wanted and asked for the least expensive options that she had. It took her maybe 1 minute to come back with two excellent options, and one of those was the color we chose. Thanks Erica! "I was just about to place a pretty large order. Little over 6k + delivery but after reading these reviews. I think I’m going to stick with my local stores here in Maryland. It sucks because their furniture is gorgeous and unique. I live too far for bad customer service. Reviews and customer service are 100 percent deciding factors for me. Sad face!"
