"Was at the store at 7:40 pm to return an item. The store closes at 8pm but the door was locked already. They said the mall closes at 8pm but we close whenever we want if we have some work. I was pretty surprised with their reply."

"I've bought so many shoes from this location, yet I've just had the opportunity to fully experience their HORRIBLE customer service! I made a couple of purchases last week, and I ended up NOT needing one of the items, so I brought it back a week later in the original packaging WITH the receipt. Yet despite this, the condescending cashier is going to tell me that the item I bought is the "exception" to their return policy and refused to allow me to return it. She did not care that I was not notified verbally, on my receipt or within the store that that item was not returnable! After leaving the store, I ended up contacting Aldo customer service, and they quickly and easily sent an email permitting me to make the return. It just so happened that the condescending cashier was still in the store when I came back, and after I returned my item she had the nerve to say "Jesus lord" and gripe to another customer about me while I was still in earshot! VERY unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude! They need to do better!"

"The Customer service at the Christiana Mall location is consistently poor. Not greeted or approached to offer help when I entered the store. One Sales person literally sitting on check out counter talking to the to the other sales person about personal matters. As I approach them I am asked by one of them what size? I decide to purchase only because I love the ankle boots. I was barely thanked for my purchase. A very cold transaction. I felt unappreciated as a customer."

"I take it back, sorry. In a short period of time I have been ordered a nice amount of shoes from them when I ordered shoes to delivery to my house never had any issue but when I ordered to pick up from the store that's when issues started pop up , They sent me some shoes that have been in accident , broken box and they didn't put any form of any kind of paper inside the shoes to keep it protected. Look at the picture and you will see for yourself ."
