"Furniture overpriced!! Delivery not as promised. I had to call to see if my furniture was in. Called the day before to tell me they only deliver on Tuesday or Wednesday. They did make arrangements for a Saturday delivery. Guy never showed up. My husband had to help another worker bring the furniture in our house!!! Buffet delivered with no clips to hold shelves. One month later still waiting for clips unable to use furniture. Staff NEVER calls back when they promise. Paid by check because they charge extra to use a debit or credit card. Wish I would have charged it. I would of at least had some recourse for pieces missing. I WILL NEVER use Affinity Furniture again."

"I walked into this store hoping to have the same experience as other customers base on the reviews of this store online, this was not the case. Not only we were ignored completely, but when ask to see the outside products we were asked pretty much to do it ourselves and search for people outside somewhere and the lady was distracted and kept interrupting our conversation, rude and honestly we felt that she didn’t wanted our business and also disrespected. I am one to offer great service to my customers in my line of word, even when I am busy, there is a thing call being courteous, welcome!, I am with a customer but will be with you shortly! Or one moment, let me find someone that can walk outside and show you the items in question! Or one moment, let take this call and we can continue with your questions! None of that happened, very disappointed."
