"The place is clean, and very very quiet. Only about a 4 minute walk across coastal hw to the beach. I love the privacy. And you have a pool and personal hot tub. Down side is the second bedroom has no TV and its kind of small for 6 ppl..."

"We have owned at this place for 30yrs and have watched the upkeep go down and down. It takes them forever to replace appliances, beds, tv's...anything. They removed the broken up bikes from each unit which was a good thing considering someone could get injured. There are ants all over in one bedroom. The water takes about a day or 2 to get hot. The patio tables and chairs are rusted and the bedding and curtains has probably only been changed out once in the 30 yrs. It time for us to sell this property but we wont get anything for it because it so outdated and unkept.The best thing about Lighthouse is that it's in a very good location for going to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the daily OC traffic."

"What we arrived to was a filthy place. The blankets had holes, damaged and dirty kitchen equipment, super dirty and broken chairs, ants on the hot tub, broken jets on the hot tub, stained and filthy couches. It looked as if it was never cleaned this season and was left alone at closing time last fall. We were super disappointed and will never recommend this place or stay here again. We went to the front desk and management and they refused to change our accomodations or clean the room and facilities."

"We've come here a couple times as guests of one of the timeshare owners. We love the fully stocked (implements not food) kitchen. The units are comfy with 2 master suites, large flat screen TV's and full size hot tub. The only thing that needs improvement is the WiFi service. It's pay per day or week at a rate that's about half your regular monthly Bill (when you multiply it by a few devices). But the signal is terribly weak and sometimes nonexistent. However, for beach going it's a great deal. Within easy walking distance of the beach and each unit is also outfitted with two beach bikes. If you're like me and don't care for the Sandy beach, they also have a nice little pool for sun bathing and cooling off."
