In addition to the martial arts and self defense skills, the kids learn respect, confidence, discipline and active listening. The instructors are amazing; always helpful, patient and encouraging. The idea of 'never giving up' is reinforced and helps the kids both with their karate skills progress as well as outside of the Dojo.
