"Dr. Sharkey is the best. Tracey is awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional organization."
"Went here for months. Was treated by Dr Anne with no results except the money gone that I gave them. The receptionists and back office are ruthless. Not friendly at all Yes, and as others say, I was charged almost 200$ for obtaining my records. Total disgrace, money grabbing Richards!"
"This review is for my experience with the Dover location. This oganization cares more about money than your pain or concerns. I was referred here by another doctor for a test. I was told information was sent here and to wait for them to call. 9 days went by....no call. So I called and got someone on phone who had a poor attitude from the start. It was like I was a bother. She confirmed that my referral was left on someone's desk. She told me she needed management approval to schedule my apt because it was an auto accident policy from out of state.she told me that she would call me back next day. Well I waited till noon next day...no call so I called. She told me was still working on it and she would call me back before end of day. 5 pm came ....no call. Next day noon. No call back. So I called. She was very rude and really could care less about my pain or concerns. She was only concerned about insurance coverage. I asked her how much procedure was and if necessary I could pay cash. She still would not schedule apt without management approval of my insurance coverage. She assured me she would call me back before end of day. That was Friday....here we are Saturday...no call back and I am still in pain suffering because of her lack of compassion and empathy. It appears to me that this organization is only concerned with money and has a lack of care and compassion for your pain or concerns. The front office staff needs training in patient care 101. Seek help elsewhere!!!!!! Update...one week later...still no call back...if you need help...run away from this place!!! They don't care about your pain?!!"
"Thank the Lord I relocated and was forced to see another doctor who shed a whole lot of light on things. Otherwise I’d probably still be receiving this inadequate/ineffective/inaccurate/dragged out treatment. I came to Beneck with injuries from being in an accident and he passed me around his office as if I was a dollar sign for all the doctors he works with. He asked on multiple occasions where I’m going to physical therapy and when I [again] told him where, he [again] informed me that he has a “really good physical therapist I could see here” and didn’t seem to like it when I declined. Also didn’t seem too thrilled that I didn’t go to him for the injection I had. I went to his chiropractor 3 days a week for 2 months and I don't know why. What chiropractors do don’t treat what I am diagnosed with - as I have been told by my current doctor. Acupuncture, physical therapy, psychiatrist, chiropractor, X-ray, 3 MRI’s a CAT scan... He sent me to everyone! Nothing even flirted with the idea of relieving my pain. He gave me a bunch medications that did literally NOTHING. I’m not sure if he thought that I was faking an injury because I’m young or simply wasn’t the doctor I needed to be seeing. He expressed multiple times during my visits that I do not need surgery. 3 visits and and an in-depth explanation of my MRI with my new doctor, I have a date scheduled for surgery. This should have been taken care of by him during the 5 months he was “treating” me. Beneck failed me. I’m currently losing a lot of money because of his failure. Really dropped the ball here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I am very curious to know how much money they made off of me to do absolutely nothing. Also- Beware: DO NOT MISS APPOINTMENTS! The curly haired lady who does the PT and/or the receptionist for the chiropractor in Glasgow medical center will make it known how annoyed with you she is if you do. Her body language, lack of eye contact and the “oh wow you made it in today” attitude was discouraging to say the least. She tried to schedule me at the end of the day instead of my normal late morning appointments because it was more convenient for her if I were to miss it. She made coming in very uncomfortable for me. FYI, I missed 4 appointments in 5 months... Appointments that ended up being a complete waste of my time but thanks for shaming me. Aimee is the only good thing about this place. She deserves a raise. *** This is my first time reviewing anything; Restaurant, book, amazon purchase, TripAdvisor.... a doctor office is my FIRST review. That might give you a little insight into how bad this place screwed me ***"
