I’ve taken them to a few different places but Bonnie is the only one that cut their hair exactly how I wanted and I didn’t even have to tell her. She was also super patient, quick, and great with my kids. We will definitely be bringing them back to her."

"If I could give a -20 rating, I would. I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this salon. In February 2021, I had a stylist mess my hair up so badly when she colored it, that it cost me $450, 2 trips, to another salon to correct it. Then I went back last week, purchased an item, and had a stylist beg me to cut my hair, and try to show me the salon had changed. Against my better judgment I allowed her. She chopped all my hair off and butchered it. When I went back to have it fixed, another stylist informed me that the same lady, cut her hair and did the same thing. She said the lady has many complaints and does the same thing to other customers. Wow! So, let's keep her employed? JcPenney salon is for the misfit stylists, in their last leg, from other salons, and hires anyone. A toddler could do hair better. Do not subject yourself to a horrible experience. Avoid the Dover Mall location. I warned you!!!!!!"
