"I use to train quite frequently there but since I moved to college, I haven’t been able to return (I miss you guys!)During my time there, they took me in and trained me, put me under stress with fundamentals with a strong foundation in my stances and taught me how to defend myself, because of this foundation I was able to apply this when I joined the wrestling team in high school, I used what I learned and I made captain of my team my first year! "I would vote zero stars if I could. Wasn’t explained the details of the contract. But now I’m still paying for two months of it when I don’t even go there anymore. I tried to get into contact with the Sifu. But no one is answering me. And now I have to pay for it through members solutions. I got sick so I couldn’t go and then got in a car accident. But they still are forcing me to pay for the two months. Would not recommend anyone going."

"I have been studying Hung Gar Kung Fu with Sifu John for about 10 years now. I am 52 years old. I find each and every class to be a wonderful combination of strength training, balance, coordination, cardio, and of course a very detailed martial art. We learn a true martial art with a deep and historically accurate lineage thanks to Sifu John’s many trips to China. Tiger & Crane Kung Fu has become something of a second family for me.
