"My friends and I accidentally walked into the back of the store which was apparently closed, we were trying to look for an exit and didn’t even know that it was the back of the store. Some bald guy came out of nowhere and cursed at us and called us stupid among other extremely rude things. Another woman came at us for no reason and said she was gonna call the police. Just wow. This place should be shut down immediately and these people should never have jobs again."

"The female manager with all the tattoos is the rudest I have ever encountered!! This store could probably double its sales if they would fire her!! The owner needs to send someone into their store incognito and find this out themselves! No where was it posted or written what their return policy is...(no refunds)...was i supposed to read her mind...or maybe it was tattooed somewhere on her and I failed to see it! When I asked how was I supposed to know what the policy is and she pointed to the side of the register...there was no sign...so she said "oops, guess someone moved it" " oh well I am the manager and thats the policy"! Really??? Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere until they revamp their staff!!"

"Bought a sweatshirt for my wife as a present and she didn't like it. Tried to return it for a refund and was told no refunds only exchanges. I asked where that was stated and she said right here and pointed to the front of the register. Nothing was there and then she said someone must have removed it and that she was the manager and no refunds. I told her no where in the store nor on the receipt it was stated, either. Very unprofessional and zero customer service."
